REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for FC Birmingham Club Fees
- Initial Payment: The initial payment, paid upon registration, is non-refundable and demonstrates your commitment to participating in the club.
- Refunds after July 1st: All fees paid after July 1st are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved by the Board of Directors, which may include medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Administration Fee: If a refund is approved, a 10% administration fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.
