A former professional with Atlas, Teco and Toluca in Mexico, Carlos went on to acquire his coaching badges and manage teams at Leones Negras de la Universidad de Guadalajara as well as Atlas. In the 5 years since coming to Alabama, Carlos has taken Clay Chalkville High School deep into the State Playoffs 5 straight years.
