The BYGA app view will differ on your computer and mobile device. Mobile devices will give limited access when trying to achieve the steps below, so your setup should initially take place on the computer or from a mobile search engine first to ensure the mobile view is well populated.
How to Chat in the BYGA App:
* Open the Byga to locate the communication icon
* Select the chat option at the top
* Locate your team to begin a chat
* Type your message in the comment box at the bottom
* Select the right arrow to send the message
How to text a player in the BYGA App:
* Locate your team in the chat
* Select the 3 orange lines in the top right
* Locate the player or coach of your preference
* Select the person of your choice
* Choose to call, text, or send an email
How to View the Calendar in BYGA:
* Open the Byga App
* Select the calendar icon
* Locate your team to view more details
* View event details chat feature and allows you to mark your attendance
How to Turn on the App
Settings in BYGA:
* Open the Byga
*Select the 3 dots at the bottom right
* Choose Settings
* In the message preference section, turn on all features to read EMAIL or TEXT
* In the device notification section, select to all all notification
*You have the option to reset your password and adjust the text size
Steps to fully log into the BYGA App:
* Download the app from the Apple or Play Store
* The account access page appears
* At the bottom of the app page, Click the ‘Trouble Logging In? Click Here’ link
* The system will send an email to set up your email login
* Open the email
* Click the link in the email to change the password
* View the access page again
* Sign in with the new password and login created
* Once in the app, locate the chat feature at the bottom
* Select the chat feature to view pending emails and chats

How to Make a Payment in the BYGA App:
* Open the Byga App to select the 3 dots at the bottom right
* Choose Web Version
* Locate the player profile
* Select the 3 horizontal dots under the profile pic
* Select invoice
* Select the correct season, then scroll to the right
* Select the blue invoice number (starts with letters)
* Review the invoice information, then scroll to the bottom
* Choose to make a payment OR change your payment method

on the BYGA App:
* open app
* select 3 horizontal dots at the bottom
* select web version
* locate your team
* view profile

How to Create a Team Lineup:
* Open the Byga app
* Select the calendar
* Select the team
* Scroll up to expand the menu
* Slide the orange titles to the left until you see the lineup option
* Select ‘create new lineup’
**** Game rosters are generated on the calendar in the web view
How to Email the Final Roster:
* Open Byga in web view
* Go to the desired calendar event
* Select the roster tab
* Select ‘set game roster’
* Click the players wanted on the roster (or unclick to remove)
* Turn on the visibility toggle for players to see
* Click save to email the final version to the players
How to Start a Game Team Cast:
* Open Byga in app view or web view on the day of the match
* Select ‘team cast’ on the event details tab to start the process
* Select ‘auto start’ or ‘start now’ on the teamcast option page
* Wait for the app to set the arena and team information
* At any point teamcast user can update the score, share plays, clock, text, take photos, or chat
* During the post-game reports, goals, assists, game cards and more can be reported

Team Coverage
• open the app
• go to the calendar of your team
• use the bottom menu to locate ‘find coverage’
• view the available coach(es)
• contact that coach to ensure their schedule is open
• select the coach (plus sign) for that day’s training
