FC Birmingham Moves UPSL Home Games to Pleasant Grove Stadium for the Upcoming Season

Birmingham, AL – August 22, 2024 – FC Birmingham is excited to announce that all UPSL home games for the upcoming season will be played at Pleasant Grove Stadium. This move comes as Lawson Field Stadium was unavailable at this time.

While we have enjoyed our time at Lawson Field Stadium and are grateful for the years of support, Pleasant Grove Stadium presents an ideal venue for FC Birmingham. It offers all the necessary amenities for high-level competition, a natural grass surface favored by our players, and a location within a city we are proud to be part of. Since Spring 2021, our youth club has operated out of Pleasant Grove, and we are excited to deepen our roots in this vibrant community.

Though the future of FCB at Lawson Field is currently uncertain, we are focused on what we can control and look forward to bringing high-level soccer to Pleasant Grove. We are confident that this move will enhance the experience for both our players and fans.
