A Summer to Remember: FC Birmingham Women Reach the Conference Final

FC Birmingham’s women’s team closed out a breakthrough summer with a run to the conference final — finishing second in the regular season and second in the conference playoffs.

Leading the charge was Golden Boot winner Raenah Campbell, whose finishing powered the attack all season. She had company at the top: Rebecca Sierra finished among the top 10 scorers in the nation, giving FC Birmingham two of the most dangerous forwards in the country.

“These players set a new standard for what this program can be,” said club founder Doug Walk. “Getting to a final is never an accident. It’s the product of the work these women put in every single week.”

The women’s team returns in Summer 2027. Tryout and schedule details will be announced in the spring.
